A glimpse into our crazy life

My sister Stephanie and I participated in the 2007 ALS Walk4Life walk last weekend to support research and care for those with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). We walked in honor of our grandfather, Ralph Thorne, who passed away in 1980 due to Lou Gehrig’s disease. We enjoyed beautiful weather, horrendous mosquitoes, and were joined by about 5,000 other walkers, including about 50 people that currently have ALS. Thanks to all of you supported the walk and we hope some of you can join us next year- put September 13, 2008 on your calendars!
